Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern all cleaning services provided by V Clean with Care (“the Company”) to its clients (“the Customer”). By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer residential and office cleaning services, including regular, deep, and one-time cleaning. Service details, pricing, and duration are agreed upon before each appointment or package purchase.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If the cleaner cannot access the premises, the full service fee will apply.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due before or immediately after the service.

  • Accepted payment method: TWINT to 079 845 8440, VISA, MASTER.

  • Package purchases (e.g., 10-session plans) must be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

  • If the Company cancels, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

6. Access & Safety

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsanitary.

7. Liability & Damages

  • Customers must secure valuable or fragile items before cleaning.

  • V Clean with Care is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.

  • Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, as determined by management.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your concern and may offer a re-clean or partial refund, depending on the situation.

9. Conduct & Respect

  • Our staff are trained professionals who perform their duties respectfully and safely. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards staff will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

10. Privacy Protection

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

  • V Clean with Care reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available upon request or on our website.

12. Agreement

  • By booking or receiving cleaning services from V Clean with Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
